Subhadra is a mother of four and has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She is the founder of Yoga Angels a kids yoga program that inspires and empowers children through yoga, health and much more.

She has dedicated herself to helping children and believes yoga can play an important part in creating self-esteem, courage and physical health in children of all ages. She believes in yoga as a healing and empowering art and have a strong desire to improve the lives of children.

Subhadra has been thoroughly trained to teach yoga in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. She studies a wide range of styles such as Ashtanga, and Vini-yoga now defining her style of teaching as a blended format.
